The Greatest World Cup Preview in the History of the World: Group H

Finally, I’ve done all these groups. I hope you’ve learned something about soccer from these previews. I figure its inevitable that you’d learn something when a soccer GOD like myself is writing these things up. So here comes Group H.

SPAIN
FIFA Ranking: 5
Elo Rankings: 6

Why I like Spain: They are unbeaten in their last 22 games. That’s peaking at the right time. Or maybe too soon, I guess we’ll find out in a few weeks.

Why I don’t like Spain: If there is one thing you can count on in the World Cup, its Spain choking .

Outlook: The Spainards will advance. Then again I could probably advance from this group playing 1 on 12 against these teams.
UKRAINE
FIFA Ranking: 45
Elo Ranking: 30

Why I like Ukraine: I’m really running out of reasons here. Blue and yellow is a pretty stunning colour combo.

Why I don’t Ukraine: They have a bunch of guys with really long names, so if they advance I’m going to have to figure out how to spell that. Totally sucks.

Outlook: Advancing.

TUNISIA
FIFA Ranking: 21
Elo Ranking: 39

Why I like Tunisia: I got them in a pool I’m in, so they better freaking win or finish in last. One or the other. Sweet flag.

Why I don’t like Tunisia: They have a lot of male prostitutes in their country. Why Tunisia why?

Outlook: Could beat Ukraine, but I doubt it.

SAUDI ARABIA
FIFA Ranking: 34
Elo Ranking: 57

Why I like Saudi Arabia: I hear their king or emporer or whatever has a lot of cash, and so thats kinda cool. Plus it appears to say something on that flag of theirs.

Why I don’t like Saudi Arabia: These guys are probably the worst team in this thing. Fifa ranks them 34???? Luxenburg better rank 33 if thats the case.

Outlook: Three games and bye bye

Group H Standings
Spain
Ukraine
Tunisia
Saudi Arabia
