The party is just getting started in Portugal. Captain Luis Figo assisted on Pauleta’s winning goal to help defeat Angola 1-0 on sunday.
A good start to the World Cup for the Portuguese team after starting out 0-1 in the 2002 World Cup falling 3-2 to the Americans, and losing the opener to the Greeks 2-1 in the European championship tournament on home soil, eventually losing to the Greeks in the Final.
Portugal looks to keep the moment going when they face Iran on the 17th.
